- With Business Partners or Affiliates in cases where you access Immehire through a co-branded platform or participate in integrated services. In such cases, we may share data for joint service provision and evaluation of performance. These parties are contractually bound to use your information solely for the services they provide to us. They are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes and must follow strict confidentiality and security obligations.

Immehire is intended for use by a general audience and is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. In some jurisdictions, a higher minimum age may apply; please refer to the Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions for more information applicable to your location.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from children under 13 in a manner that would violate the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or any other applicable law. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through our platform in violation of applicable law, please contact us immediately at customer.support@immehire.com, and we will take steps to investigate and delete the information as required.
In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we do not knowingly collect, use, or "sell" the personal information of minors under the age of 18 who are California residents.
By using Immehire, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements on your own behalf. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use the platform without verified parental or guardian consent where legally allowed.
