1. Introduction
Welcome to Immehire LLC (“Immehire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our web application, which connects Service Providers (e.g., electrician, plumber, landscaper, housekeeper, etc.) with Customers (users needing the services). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Role
Immehire LLC acts solely as an intermediary connecting Customers with Providers. We do not provide, endorse, or guarantee any services offered by Service Providers, nor are we liable for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of those services. Customers and Service Providers are solely responsible for the terms of their service contracts.

3. Payment Processing & Fees
Payments are processed through PayPal or other designated third-party payment providers. Customers pay Service Providers through the Platform, and we deduct a non-refundable platform fee before transferring the remaining amount. Customers and Service Providers must comply with PayPal’s terms and applicable payment regulations.

4. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Accounts must not be shared, transferred, or used for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts found in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account credentials and must immediately report unauthorized access.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the privacy and accuracy of the personal information they provide and must not impersonate others or use false identities.
• Immehire LLC may collect and use personal data, including but not limited to names, email addresses, service details, location, and payment history, for legitimate business purposes such as transaction processing, fraud prevention, analytics, platform improvement, and customer support.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Users and Providers are solely responsible for resolving disputes.
• Immehire LLC does not mediate disputes, issue refunds, or manage chargebacks.
• PayPal’s dispute resolution process may apply, but we assume no liability for chargeback claims.

6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.
• Misrepresent services offered or fail to deliver promised services.
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform’s payment system.
• Use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or engage in hacking.
• Violate intellectual property rights or privacy laws, or data protection regulations.
• Access, collect, or share another user’s personal information without explicit consent.
• Threaten, harass, discriminate against, or abuse Customers or Service Providers in any way.

7. Liability Limitation
We are not liable for damages arising from service agreements between Users or Customers and Service Providers. Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the fees collected from a single transaction. We do not provide warranties or guarantees related to Platform availability, security, or uninterrupted service.

8. Indemnification
Users, Service Providers and/or Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Immehire LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal costs, or disputes arising from use of the Platform.

9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Immehire LLC operates. Any disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

• Immehire LLC values your privacy. By using our Platform, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We only collect information necessary for platform functionality, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and user support.
• We may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, customer service providers, and analytics platforms) under contractual obligations of confidentiality and lawful data processing.
• Users may request access to or deletion of their personal information by contacting customer support.
• Cookies and similar technologies may be used to enhance user experience and track usage patterns. By using the Platform, you agree to our use of cookies.
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines prohibited activities on Immehire to ensure a secure and compliant environment for Users. This policy is a part of Immehire’s Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with both. Users must not use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended use of Immehire.

2. Prohibited Conduct
Users or Customers and Service Providers must not:

• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or misleading business practices.
• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Solicit or provide services related to illegal activities, including but not limited to:
  • Money laundering
  • Human trafficking
  • Drug trade or controlled substances
• Use the Platform for unauthorized financial transactions, such as high-risk lending services.
• Submit fake or misleading reviews, including falsified service ratings.
• Threaten, harass, abuse, or engage in hate speech toward any User or Provider.
• Impersonate another User, use a false identity, or allow another person to access your account.
• Post or perform services that involve or promote racism, bigotry, hatred, physical harm, or the exploitation of others in an abusive, violative, or sexual manner.
• Post repetitive or spam-like service listings.
• Post or request services that involve obtaining gift cards or money orders, purchasing high-value items (more than $300) without prior approval from Immehire, traveling across country borders, or providing ridesharing/transportation services or peer-to-peer transportation services..
• Solicit Users for other websites, services, or business purposes outside of Immehire.
• Conduct or forward unauthorized contests, sweepstakes, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
• Upload or distribute content or materials that infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Security and Data Protection

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or Platform resources.
• Interfere with Platform functionality or introduce malicious software.
• Share, expose, or misuse personal data of other Users without consent.
• Engage in any activity that compromises the security and integrity of the Platform.
• Use tools such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract Platform data without permission.
• Collect personal or transactional data through deceptive, unauthorized, or automated means.
• Export user data outside the platform for third-party marketing or analytics purposes without express consent.
• Use artificial intelligence tools to generate accounts or impersonate Users.
• Submit any part of the Platform (including user-generated content) into artificial intelligence tools or technologies without written consent.
• Mask your IP address using anonymization tools (such as the TOR network) to deceive or avoid compliance.
• Hack, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform or its networks.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Platform’s payment systems, security features, or trust and support mechanisms.

4. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of accounts, without notice.
• Legal action, including reporting violations to regulatory authorities.
• Withholding or reversing payments through PayPal in cases of fraud or misuse.
• Removal of violating content or restrictions on account functionality.
• Permanent bans in cases of repeated or severe violations, including fraud or threats.
• Cooperation with law enforcement in investigations of illegal activity on the Platform.

5. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this AUP, contact [customer.support@immehire.com] with a detailed description of the issue, including supporting evidence if available. Reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken within a reasonable timeframe. Users submitting false or misleading reports may face account restrictions or suspension. The Platform reserves the right to investigate violations at its discretion and take necessary enforcement actions.

Agreement & Compliance
By using Immehire LLC’s Platform, Users and Providers acknowledge and agree to comply with this AUP. Failure to adhere may result in account suspension, legal action, and financial penalties. Immehire reserves the right to amend this policy at any time and will provide Users with notice of such substantial changes where required. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Immehire LLC – Service Provider Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Immehire LLC ("Immehire," "we," or "the Company") may offer registered Service Providers ("you" or "Referrer") the opportunity to earn referral rewards by inviting eligible individuals ("Friends") to register and provide services through the Immehire platform. Participation in the Service Provider Referral Program ("Program") is governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Program Participation

• You must be a registered and approved Service Provider on Immehire;
• You must have completed and received payment for at least one service request on the platform;
• You must reside in a location where Immehire operates the Referral Program;
• You must maintain good standing on the platform, free from any fraud, abuse, or terms violations.

This Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Referral Process and Valid Referrals

You may access and share a personalized referral link or code (“Referral Code”) via the Immehire app or website. You may only refer individuals who:

• Are not currently or previously registered as Service Providers.
• Are located in the same country as you; and
• Meet the eligibility criteria for becoming a Service Provider.

A referral becomes valid ("Valid Referral") once the invited Friend registers using your code, completes, and gets paid for their first service request. Upon verification, you will receive the applicable referral reward (“Referral Reward”), as communicated by Immehire via the app, email, or other official channels.

3. Referral Reward Terms and Restrictions

Referral Rewards may be issued as cash, gift cards, service credits, or other incentives, at our sole discretion. Additional limitations include:

• You may not refer yourself or create fake/multiple accounts;
• Referral Rewards may vary by region and are subject to change;
• The total referral reward amount is capped at $250 per calendar year;
• Rewards are non-transferable, may be subject to expiration, and can be withheld or revoked if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

4. Program Changes and Disqualification

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program or its terms at any time without notice. Any Referrer suspected of violating the spirit or letter of these terms may be disqualified from the Program and forfeit any earned rewards.

5. Privacy and Data Use

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your and your Referrals’ personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. All information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and platform policies.

6. Legal Agreement and Limitations of Liability

By taking part in this Program, you agree to these Referral Terms, which are part of and governed by the Immehire Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immehire and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this Program. Total liability is limited to $75 USD.

Immehire LLC – Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Immehire Referral Program (the “Program”), where we reward you for spreading the word. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation and are part of the Immehire Terms of Use. By referring others or using the Program, you agree to abide by the following:

1. Program Introduction

Immehire LLC (“Immehire,” “we,” or “us”) offers customers the opportunity to earn promotional rewards by referring eligible individuals (“Referrals”) to the Immehire platform, accessible through our mobile app or at https://www.immehire.com (the “Platform”).

2. Becoming a Referrer

Upon joining the Program, you become a “Referrer” and will receive a personalized referral link (“Referral Link”) that can be shared with others.

3. Eligibility Requirements

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are legal residents of the United States. Employees of Immehire and their immediate families are not eligible. Self-referrals or referring existing Immehire users is prohibited.

4. Referral Process

To participate, share your Referral Link with friends, family, or colleagues. Your Referral must be a new user who signs up through your link, books a qualifying service, and completes payment.

5. Earning Rewards

Both Referrers and Referrals receive rewards specified at the time of participation, after the qualifying action is completed. Referrers may refer up to 50 people over the Program's lifetime.

6. Reward Types and Conditions

Referral rewards (“Referral Credits”) may include discounts, credits, or promotional offers. The maximum amount a Referrer can earn is $250.

7. Usage of Referral Credits

Referral Credits are:

• Non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Usable only within the Immehire platform for service fees.
• Not valid for taxes, tips, reimbursements, or excluded items.
• Subject to expiration or additional terms as determined by Immehire.

8. Restrictions and Misuse

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Referring yourself or using fake/multiple accounts.
• Posting referral links on public forums or paid ads.
• Using deceptive or fraudulent practices.

Violations may lead to forfeiture of rewards, account suspension, or removal from the Platform.

9. Data Privacy

We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data for Program administration purposes.

10. Communication Rules

Referral Links must only be shared with personal contacts. Mass emails, unsolicited messages, or spam are not allowed. By sending a Referral Link, you confirm that you have the recipient’s consent.

11. Program Changes and Termination

Immehire may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms or disrupt Program integrity.

12. Legal Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where you reside. Disputes will be handled according to the dispute resolution section of our general Terms of Use.
